We hosted our first Thanksgiving at our house this year. I don't have pictures of the food, sorry. It was a really good meal. My Mother-in-law made everything that made the food a meal. We cooked the turkey, gravy, and my Grandma's cranberries. It was a nice small family gathering full of laughter.
Now, Thanksgiving and harvest(ie) season is past. I couldn't resist taking a picture of our front porch since there is a little bit of Holiday noun confusion:
So harvest and Thanksgiving have decided to stay around a little longer outside. Inside our house is a different story :)
This was part of my Grandmother-in-law's snow village before she moved into independent apartment living near by. She decided to give them to us since she had limited space where she lives now. We would like to bring her over to see her village again!
